This Drawing Appendix N from the Palmoni Scrolls is very detailed in it's description. Using Scriptures and History to pin down the exact year of the end of the Seventh Seal and the Beginning of the Fifth seal. Both Seals coincide perfectly. Using Zechariah 6:1-8 for the Fifth Seal, and Daniel 12:11-13 for the end of the seventh Seal, with 530 AD being the starting date for the Daily Sacrifice being taken away at the Second Council of Orange. Taking EZEKIEL 4:6 EACH DAY FOR A YEAR into account we can come to the end date of the Seventh Seal.
Got to love that 70 Jubilees Time line as well.
