The Palmoni Scrolls cover a broad number of topics but something I want to focus on here is the Atonement. The Atonement is eternally perfect from Father to Son, and shown to us throughout the scriptures, so just like the other topics the Scrolls cover I would like to show you the Atonement as much as possible from the scriptures. I don't know if there is anything to be added to the countless books and sermons written on the topic but we shall see.
The Starting Point - A Reference Point
Since everything is one eternal round sometimes it's hard to find a point where to begin to understand eternity or an eternal sacrifice. I think I have used this source as a reference before but I will use it again today to give us a point to start from.
Joseph Smith King Follett Discourse
I wish I was in a suitable place to tell it, and that I had the trump of an archangel, so that I could tell the story in such a manner that persecution would cease for ever. What did Jesus say? (Mark it, Elder Rigdon!) The Scriptures inform us that Jesus said, As the Father hath power in Himself, even so hath the Son power -- to do what? Why, what the Father did. The answer is obvious -- in a manner to lay down His body and take it up again. Jesus, what are you going to do? To lay down my life as my Father did, and take it up again. Do we believe it? If you do not believe it, you do not believe the Bible. The Scriptures say it, and I defy all the learning and wisdom and all the combined powers of earth and hell together to refute it.
John 5:19-20
5:19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise
5:20 For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.
So the first truth to understand about the Atonement is that the Father was the Christ of a Previous Atonement in a Previous Plan of Salvation. This is an eternal Atonement stretching from atonement to the next from one Plan of Salvation to the next. The next thing to understand is that Christ Suffered for a Finite Specific amount of sins. There are only a limited finite number of Spirits in this Plan of Salvation and there are only a limited finite number of Sins placed upon Christ.
The Many Questions To Answer...
Some of these are basic simple questions but the open the door to keep asking why and then being able to ask more questions.
Who Covers the Sins of Man? Rom 4:7
Does Christ need a mortal body to Cover the sins of Man? 1John 2:2, 1Peter 2:24
How did Christ obtain Our Sins and the Sins of the whole world? Isa 53:6
If Christ takes Our Sins (i.e. to cover them) Do the Sin we commit remain in Us? Or are we free of Sins that are covered by Christ?
If Christ took upon himself the Sins of the Whole World through his sacrifice what need is there for Repentance? (1John 2:2)
Let us say Christ Covers Our Sins... (i.e. he bears our sins and guild) Do these Sins always (i.e. Eternally) remain with Him? Where do they go?
Is a Sin (example Murder Adultery) an offence that once committed lasts Eternally? (note these are physical sins)
Is a Sin (example Hatred, envying, Lust) an Offence that once committed lasts Eternally? (note these are spiritual sins)
Are the Sins of say Cain still as serious and accountable for as at this present time, as the time he committed them?
Can we be forgiven of our sins through Time Without Repentance?
Are the Sins that We have committed Real or do they drift away, forgotten in time?
I understand that Christ Purchased the sins of all men (Acts 20:28, Acts 17:26, Rom 8:29-30, Ephesians 1:5, Galatians 3:26-27, Titus 2:11)
Christ gave his Blood to Purchase the sins of All Men, from the Father, the Father laid up Him the iniquity of Us All (Acts 2-:28, Isa 53:6)
Since All Mens Sins are Laid on Christ... it stands to reason that Father knows them all and their sins... in other words he Foreknows them all and Predestinates them to be born on this earth (1John 2:2, Rom 8:29)
Now if we Repent our Sin is Imputed into Christ and we are Redeemed by the Blood of Christ from the Father (Rom 4:7, Eph 1:7)
This means Christ holds all the sins of the Repentant Men... what happens to these sins? Do the Sins remain with Christ for ever?
If Christ with a Mortal Body bare our Sins (1Peter 2:24) after the Atonement, Who did Bare the Sins of All Men before the Atonement?
Did the Person who held or covered these Sins need a Physical Body to Hold the Sins of the Flesh? (Example Abraham, Rom 4:7-9, Ps 32:1)
The Day of the Atonement
Here is a run down of the Festival of the Day of Atonement which is symbolic of how the Atonement works.
Follow the Sins of the Past
Abel was a Righteous Man and his Iniquities were Forgiven and Sins Covered by the Father because he Sacrificed all his Sins and Iniquities to God (Heb 11:14) Abel had used the Principle of Belief (i.t. To diligently see God by, the witness of God the Holy Ghost) to obtain Faith which is knowledge of God. In this way he pleased God and Obtained witness that he was Righteous (Hebrews 11:1-6)
Abrahams sins are Covered by the Father until the Atonement. The Father takes Abrahams sins into his Physical Body his tabernacle or tent.
Romans 4:1-9 (part),
1. What shall we say then that abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?
2. For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
3. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
7. Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities (spiritual sins) are forgiven, and whose sins are covered (sins of the flesh).
8. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. (i.e. Abraham and not Saul)
We have an opportunity to read this scripture, verse Eight, to an opposite degree.
8. Cursed is the Man to who the Lord Will Impute Sin (opposite). If Man does not Impute his sins to Christ... then Christ imputes his suffering to the Man. Christ cannot deal with the sins of unrighteous Israel that require Restitution because they will not repent of Sins. If we do not repent our sins remain with us.
Even Christ cannot make Restitution for our Sins but he can Ransom them off to Satan.
The Ransom
Proverbs 21:18 The wicked shall be a ransom for the righteous, and the transgressor for the upright. The Father wants the Removal of Sins of Righteous Israel from Jesus his Son. If the Sins of righteous israel leave Jesus Christ where do they go?
All Sin is Placed on the Scapegoat. The Scapegoat is all those who demand Justice. Those who are demanding justice receive no mercy.

The Path of All Sin |
Here is a Snip from a drawing also discussing the Ransom or Transfer of Sin to Unrighteous Israel.
When a Man is Baptized and All Men will be, even Cain, the Redeeming Blood of Christ gives a remission of sin and the gift of the Holy Ghost, even Cain a Son of Perdition. So Christ took on himself the Sins of wicked and evil Men as well. But they have, and will yet, Deny the Holy Ghost.
